HP Turns Up The Tech At Sundance Film Festival 2014

One of the most innovative and tech friendly stops along Main Street at Sundance Film Festival 2014 is the Sundance House, also known as the HP Lounge. With a beautiful two story set-up in the center of the Park City action, HP welcomes all festival pass-holders to grab a quick bite and relax in the café while you check your email or peruse the latest screening information. Complete with WIFI, panel discussions and daily sponsor giveaways are available on the lower-level patio. There are musical guests sharing their latest acoustic tune and an animator who will personalize a cartoon just for you.

This year, HP hosted young filmmakers from New York City to edit their thesis films and projects on HP computers in the downstairs media room. This is what Sundance is all about; inspiring creative minds and giving them a platform and space to produce their work. Upstairs you will find a blue phone with a small screen. Pick up the phone and tell Dustin Grella (the animator) the story that you would like to see come to life in animation. Then, hop on downstairs and watch as Dustin brings your idea to the screen. It’s an amazing sight.

If you’re in Park City for the festival frenzy, be sure to visit the HP/Sundance House!
