Last Minute Sweet Treat For V-Day: Glazed Apple Wedges

It’s not too late to make a sweet but healthy dessert for your “honey.” Here is a great recipe courtesy of T-fal:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serve: 4 people


4 Granny Smith apples

1 tsp vegetable oil

½ cup chopped, dried apricots

2 ActiFry spoons maple syrup or honey

1 tsp ground cinnamon


Peel and core the apples; cut into wedges. Place the apple wedges in a bowl. Toss the apples with the oil to coat wedges evenly. Place the apples in the ActiFry pan (as suggested by T-fal). Cook for 10 minutes. Add the apricots, maple syrup and cinnamon. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender and well-glazed. Substitute dried cranberries or raisins for the apricots.
