In a couple of weeks, Valentine’s Day will arrive at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. The hospital will be full of children who won’t get to trade valentine cards with their school classmates. Some will be so sick that they won’t even be able to understand why Feb. 14 is a special day.
The hospital has set a goal of collecting 3,000 valentines, representing the number of people who come to the hospital every day because their child needs care.
