The final launch, Five-Borough Collection, will be available exclusively at the Expo throughout race weekend. This will feature special-edition products celebrating the historic 50th anniversary of the New York City Marathon running through all five boroughs.

Apparel in the collection ranges from a suggested retail price of $45 to $190, while footwear ranges from $155 to $290. The 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, one of more than 60 adult and youth races produced annually by nonprofit New York Road Runners (NYRR), continues to unite nearly 60,000 runners from around the globe through one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.

The New Balance 2026 TCS New York City Marathon collection draws inspiration from New York City’s vibrant culture, featuring a signature marathon print that appears across a variety of apparel offerings. Inspired by the iconic wheat-pasted posters that define the city’s streetscape, the design reflects the layers of stories, experiences, and energy that shape New York. Just as these posters evolve over time, the print celebrates the lasting impact runners leave on the city and the unforgettable mark the city leaves on them. Through bold graphics and layered storytelling, the collection celebrates movement, culture, and the shared story of runners and the urban landscape.

“This collection was created to honor both the journey and the achievement of every runner preparing for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon,” said Kara O’Malley, Senior Merchant, Product Creation, New Balance. “From premium race-day performance products to apparel inspired by the city’s energy and culture, every piece was thoughtfully designed to help runners celebrate their connection to this extraordinary event and the communities that make it so special.”

“The TCS New York City Marathon brings together runners from around the world to experience the energy, diversity, and spirit of New York City,” said Christine Burke, Chief Commercial Officer, New York Road Runners. “As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 5-boro course, we’re proud to continue our partnership with New Balance on a collection that captures the unique connection between runners and the city, while supporting them throughout their marathon journey.”

To support runners throughout training and race preparation, the collection features performance-driven apparel including the RC Essential Shorts, RC Pocket Half Tight, Athletics Tees, Athletics Tanks, Heat Grid Half Zips, Fast Days Jackets, and the Ellipse. Race day offerings include pinnacle performance products such as the Race Day Ultra Light Printed Singlet, Race Day Printed Ultra Light T-Shirt, and the SuperComp Elite v6, while other apparel offerings that include the Reimagined Fleece Hoodie, Graphic T-Shirts, 50th Boroughs Collection, and Finisher Collection.
