Pentatonix return with new single “Sacrifice”

Three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning and Daytime EMMY® Award-nominated vocal quintet Pentatonix continue their creative evolution with the release of their new original single, “Sacrifice,” out now via Republic Records.

Reuniting with GRAMMY® Award-winning producer Poo Bear following their acclaimed original single “Heaven On Earth,” the group once again expands their signature sound, pairing their world-renowned harmonies with cinematic pop production.

Building on the sonic foundation established with “Heaven On Earth,” Pentatonix and Poo Bear continue to push the boundaries of the group’s artistry. Rich instrumentation and sweeping production elevate the quintet’s unmistakable vocal blend, allowing each performance to shine with newfound depth while preserving the intimacy and emotional connection that have defined Pentatonix throughout their career.

At its core, “Sacrifice” is a heartfelt meditation on selfless love, grace, and unwavering devotion. Through soaring harmonies and deeply personal performances, the song celebrates the transformative power of putting others before yourself, finding strength in compassion, and recognizing the profound impact of unconditional support. Rather than dwelling on what is given up, “Sacrifice” embraces the beauty of what is gained through generosity, gratitude, and human connection.

“Sacrifice” continues a landmark season for the group. Earlier this year, Pentatonix released “Heaven On Earth,” their first original non-holiday single in five years, marking the beginning of a bold new creative era with Poo Bear. They also completed a successful European arena tour and continue to build on a remarkable legacy that spans three GRAMMY® Awards, billions of global streams, and sold-out tours around the world. Next, the group will bring their electrifying live show to Japan for performances at Summer Sonic Festival in Osaka on August 14 and Tokyo on August 16.
