The cast and filmmakers behind Carolina Caroline celebrated the film’s Los Angeles premiere this week at Vidiots ahead of its theatrical release on June 5, 2026.
Among those in attendance were stars Samara Weaving, Kyle Gallner and Kyra Sedgwick, along with director Adam Carter Rehmeier, producers Stephen Braun, Ross Putman, Trevor White and Tim White, screenwriter Tom Dean, executive producers Jack McAdoo and Laena Carroll, and other members of the filmmaking team.
Directed by Adam Carter Rehmeier and written by Tom Dean, Carolina Caroline is a romantic crime thriller that follows Caroline Daniels (Samara Weaving), a young woman determined to escape her small Texas hometown. Her journey leads her into the world of a charismatic con man, played by Kyle Gallner, and together the pair embark on a passionate and dangerous path through the American Southeast.
The film also stars Kyra Sedgwick and Jon Gries and features a country music soundtrack with songs from artists including Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton and Loretta Lynn.
Rehmeier is known for directing the acclaimed cult favorite Dinner in America. The new film has a runtime of 105 minutes.
Carolina Caroline opens in theaters nationwide on June 5, 2026.
