Gabrielle Union
Sam Fine created a flawless, radiant base using the NEW Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 11.8, applying it in thin, seamless layers starting at the center of the face and blending outward. This technique enhances the skin’s natural glow while keeping the finish breathable and true to skin. He used a deeper foundation shade along the perimeter to maintain warmth and softly sculpt dimension without harsh contouring. For targeted brightness, Luminous Silk Concealer in shade 10 was applied to highlight and perfect, keeping the complexion looking smooth, lifted, and luminous throughout.
To bring warmth and soft definition, Sam used Luminous Silk Creamy Bronzing Powder in shade 110, sculpting the cheekbones, temples, and jawline with a light hand to create natural-looking dimension while maintaining a radiant finish. For blush, he blended Luminous Silk Cheek Tint in shades 42S and 31 to create a custom, multi-dimensional flush that adds depth and vibrancy while still looking effortless on the skin.
For the eyes, he used Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in 12S across the lids, pairing it with Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in 99M along the lash line to subtly define and enhance the soft, lashy look.
Sam sculpted the lips using the NEW Prisma Flash Lip Balm in shade Maple Flash, applying it with a lip brush for precise, full-coverage color and a softly defined shape. To enhance dimension and add a sensuous, high-shine finish, he layered Prisma Glass Lip Gloss in shade 03 Honey Gleam on top.
For an all-over glow, Sam applied Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer in shade 10 to the body, focusing on the collarbones, shoulders, and legs, blending it seamlessly into the skin for a soft, radiant sheen that complements the face.
Lux Pascal
Celebrity makeup artist Melissa Hernandez crafted an ethereal, lit-from-within glow using Armani Beauty for Lux Pascal at the Met Gala, leaning into soft radiance and diffused color.
“The intention was for the skin to feel really ethereal,” Hernandez noted. To achieve that effect, she began by tapping Luminous Silk Acqua Highlighter onto the high points of the face before foundation, creating a glow that appeared to come from within rather than sit on top of the skin. She then applied Luminous Silk Foundation through the center of the face to keep the complexion bright and fresh, blending a deeper shade around the perimeter to softly sculpt and add warmth. Luminous Silk Concealer was used under the eyes to brighten and lift, maintaining a seamless, luminous finish.
For the cheeks, Hernandez created a romantic, cool-toned flush by blending two shades of Luminous Silk Cheek Tint and pressing the pigment into the skin for a natural, diffused effect. She layered Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer over the high points for added radiance, then set the look with Luminous Silk Glow Blush to enhance vibrancy and ensure longevity on camera.
On the eyes, a mix of Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow shades delivered a soft wash of steel grey dimension across the lids. The lash line was gently defined with Smooth Silk Eyeliner, smudged for a subtle, lived-in effect, and finished with Vertigo Lift Mascara to create full, fluttery lashes.
To complete the look, Hernandez shaped and defined the lips with Lip Power Matte Lipstick before filling them in with Lip Power Lipstick for a soft, rosy hue. A final layer of Prisma Glass Lip Gloss added a juicy, high-shine finish, tying the entire look together.
The result was a delicate balance of softness and structure—radiant, romantic, and effortlessly modern under the Met Gala lights.
Chase Infiniti
Amber Dreadon prepped Chase’s skin with Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer in shade 2. Next, she applied the NEW Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 6 to even out the skin’s complexion, giving Chase a smooth, even base. She then applied Luminous Silk Concealer in shades 4.75 and 5.75 to brighten and blur any imperfections.
Amber applied Luminous Silk Cheek Tint in NEW shade 63 to create a soft, rosy flush. She layered Luminous Silk Glow Blush in shade 52 on top to enhance the color and add depth.
To achieve a radiant glow, she tapped Luminous Silk Acqua Highlighter in shade 1 onto the high points of the face. To warm up the face, Amber used Luminous Silk Creamy Bronzing Powder in shade 100.
Eyes were the main moment. Amber applied Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in shade 18M to warm up the eyelids. She then added Eye Tine Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in shade 44s for a soft, rosy shimmer that complimented her dress.
To finish, she applied several coats of Vertigo Lift Mascara to create a lengthened, lifted lash effect.
For Chase’s lips, Amber first applied Lip Power Lipstick in shade 102 for a soft, pinky nude finish. She completed the look with Prisma Glass Lip Gloss in shade 08 for a glossy, high shine effect.
