COUNTDOWN NYE Returns to NOS In San Bernardino

Southern California’s New Year’s Eve celebration scene is getting a major upgrade. Insomniac has officially announced the return of Countdown NYE for 2026, expanding the beloved festival into a two-day experience for the first time since 2023. Set to take over the NOS Event Center from December 31, 2026 through January 1, 2027, the event is poised to once again deliver one of the region’s most immersive ways to ring in the New Year.

Known for its otherworldly atmosphere, Countdown NYE will continue its signature alien themed concept, transforming the venue into a multi-sensory playground. This year’s edition promises five covered stages and a lineup of more than 75 artists, alongside returning fan favorites like carnival rides, the Galaxy Mall, and the Redlight District. For those not ready to call it a night, official on-site afterparties will keep the energy going from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM each evening.

The festival has built its reputation on powerhouse lineups in years past, hosting performances from globally recognized names such as Above & Beyond, Alesso, Chris Lake, John Summit, Marshmello, Madeon, Zeds Dead, and Sub Focus, among many others. While the 2026 lineup has yet to be revealed, expectations are already running high.

Fans eager to secure their spot can now register for pre-sale access, which includes an exclusive code to purchase tickets one hour ahead of the general public at a discounted rate. General ticket sales begin Thursday, April 30 at 12:00 PM PST, with pre-sale access opening at 11:00 AM PST for those who sign up early. A limited-time $5 deposit option will also be available across all ticket tiers, including GA, GA+, and VIP, making it easier than ever to plan ahead.

With its expanded format, elevated experiences, and a lineup still under wraps, Countdown NYE 2026 is shaping up to be a must-attend event for dance music fans looking to welcome the New Year in unforgettable fashion.
