The Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K will return to Pasadena on January 18, 2026, for its 10th anniversary celebration. More than 10,000 runners of all ages and experience levels are expected to take part in a variety of scenic courses that highlight the beauty of Pasadena. All races begin and end at the Rose Bowl Stadium, followed by a lively finish festival open to participants and spectators.
Runners can choose from the Half Marathon, 5K, or Kids Run. The Half Marathon and 5K guide participants through Pasadena’s most notable landmarks, including the Colorado Street Bridge, Old Town Pasadena, and Caltech. The Kids Run invites children ages three to eight to enjoy a fun ½ km course that finishes on the iconic Rose Bowl field.
The post race festival will feature food, music, entertainment, and beverages for runners and their supporters. Each participant age 21 and older can enjoy one complimentary Michelob Ultra.
Produced by The McCourt Foundation, the Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K supports the organization’s mission to cure neurological diseases and promote community wellness. Since 1992, the foundation has donated more than 6.7 million dollars to neurology research and has generated more than 76 million dollars for more than 125 nonprofit charity partners.
