Master Pastry Chef, chocolatier, cake designer and Food Network star Romuald Guiot, founder of the acclaimed French vegan pastry shop ID-Eclair and wine bar La Cave, invites guests to experience an unforgettable evening at La Soirée.
Taking place on Friday, August 29 and September 5 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM, La Soirée offers a festive, standing-room experience featuring four free-flowing wines, small bites, live demos, and carefully curated dessert pairings. Guests can expect fun surprises, good vibes, and the opportunity to mingle in an intimate setting.
Adding to the atmosphere, live music will be performed by Jesse Nolan, best known as the artist Caught A Ghost. A two-time BMI Award-winning Los Angeles producer, singer, and songwriter, Nolan is the creative force behind the Bosch theme song and has had music featured in Grey’s Anatomy, You, Suits, The Blacklist, Boardwalk Empire, The Vampire Diaries, Bel-Air and more.
Chef Guiot, originally from Châlons in the Champagne region of France, is celebrated for his artistry in French pastry, chocolate, and plated desserts. With accolades including La Pomme d’Or and recognition as a finalist on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship, he continues to bring innovative pastry experiences to Los Angeles. His latest venture, La Cave, opened in February 2025, serving French varietals perfectly paired with his signature desserts.
