Tickets are now on sale for Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest’s milestone 55th anniversary celebration, set to run for 10 consecutive weekends from September 6 through November 8, 2025. This beloved authentic Bavarian-style festival returns to the Big Bear Lake Convention Center with exciting new offerings and enhanced experiences designed to make this year’s event unforgettable.
Among the fresh highlights are two new ticket programs: Saturday After Dark and Game-Day Sundays, alongside traditional options like general admission, preferred seating, and the popular Über Bürgermeister party packs. Visitors can purchase tickets online at BigBearEvents.com.
In addition to the new ticket categories, Oktoberfest has introduced Club Prost, an exclusive guest membership packed with perks. Club Prost members enjoy unlimited annual admission for themselves plus one guest, a commemorative 1-liter stein with a drink ticket, VIP entry, and preferred seating (subject to availability). Members also receive 20% off Oktoberfest merchandise and exclusive specials throughout the year. As a special bonus, the first 10 guests to join Club Prost will receive a reserved parking space for the entire Oktoberfest season.
“We started brainstorming ways to give back to our most loyal guests for this 55th anniversary, and Club Prost was the perfect fit,” said Monica Marini, director of Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest. “Along with Club Prost, we’re introducing ‘Saturday After Dark,’ an amped-up German-style party on Saturday nights in October, and enhancing Sundays with a fun sports-themed event we call ‘Game-Day Sundays.’”
Saturday After Dark promises a lively twist on traditional Oktoberfest festivities. Starting at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays in October, the party heats up with dance music, drink specials, contests, and classic crowd favorites like the Ein Prosit toast and Chicken Dance. Tickets for Saturday After Dark are $25 — $9 less than general admission.
Game-Day Sundays offer a more relaxed vibe, perfect for families and sports fans alike. Guests sporting a sports-team jersey at entry receive $5 off general admission at the door, and children 12 and under get in free. Sundays remain a great way to enjoy German fun with family-friendly activities.
Adding to the lineup this year is Beer Tasting Fridays on October 3 and October 24, featuring a curated selection of microbrews and seltzers from across the West Coast. This new event pairs perfectly with Oktoberfest’s renowned beer culture and festive atmosphere.
Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest 2025 will be held at the Big Bear Lake Convention Center, located at 42900 Big Bear Blvd. Event hours are Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. in September and 1 p.m. to midnight in October; Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.; and Fridays in October from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
