New Music Friday: Henriette, Chapel Hart, Jacob Banks, Gilligan Moss, Matthew Alec and The Soul Electric, Iyla, Diamond Shake

Country singer-songwriter Henriette presents herself from her best side and lets the viewer sensually melt away. "Never Go Back" is about one of the greatest moments we all know, the very first kiss with someone you fell in love with. But there's one more thing that deserves a lot more attention, and that's the moment right before the very first kiss.

Chapel Hart welcomes a little love and positivity into 2021 with the release of a music video and single, "I Will Follow."  This upbeat country song highlights the importance of following your heart and serves to tell the trio's story of life on the road. This trio struts into 2021 with nothing to lose and everything to prove, calling all to join them in loving life and not taking the world too seriously.

Nigerian-born singer/songwriter Jacob Banks shares his exhilarating new single "Parade" and its accompanying video. Meanwhile, the song's beautifully surreal video finds Banks's proxy dropped into a desolate industrial landscape, instantly brightening the bleak surroundings with his radiant presence and spirited dance moves.

Chicago bred, Brooklyn based electronic duo Gilligan Moss kick off 2021 with new single and video "Slow Down." Combining carefree vocals, warm instrumentation and the most infectious of basslines, "Slow Down" is a fresh, feel good nu-disco/house jam that's been crafted for an eternal summer.

Jazz fusion ensemble Matthew Alec and The Soul Electric has shared a new single off their upcoming debut album "Cleveland Time," titled “Baby You Got Me,” and accompanying video are premiering now exclusively with SoulTracks. The new track was cowritten by pianist and vocalist Brian Woods, acting as an ode to the two most important people in his life and a promise that he’ll always be around.

Today marks the return of LA's rising star and one-to-watch, Iyla, with the gorgeous official video for her song "Strings." The playful video for "Strings," premiered earlier today and was directed by longtime collaborator, Patrick "Embryo" Tapu, with styling by Savannah Baker and Grace Butler and choreography from Janelle Ginestra.

Diamond Shake, the solo project of LA-based singer/songwriter Matt Hitchens, premiered a new video for "Flow," the latest in his "From Method to Madness" video series, this morning with New Noise.
