Selena Gomez makeup by Hung Vanngo, Marc Jacobs Beauty Global Artistry Ambassador

Makeup Tips/Techniques: After prepping with skincare and applying Marc Jacobs Beauty Under(cover) Perfecting Coconut Face Primer, Hung buffed Marc Jacobs Beauty Shameless Youthful-Look 24-H Foundation SPF 25 in Y320 into Selena’s skin. He added luminosity to her skin by blending the new, limited-edition Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in Fantasy on top of her cheekbones, the bridge of her nose and on the Cupid’s bow. Hung followed with a little Marc Jacobs Beauty Remedy Concealer Pen in 2 Wake-Up Call under her eyes and Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(Marc)able Full Cover Concealer in 3 Young wherever a bit of extra coverage was wanted. To set Selena’s makeup, he used the new Marc Jacobs Beauty Finish-Line Perfecting Coconut Setting Powder through her t-zone. Hung then dusted the high points of her face with new, limited-edition Marc Jacobs Beauty O!Mega Bronzer Coconut Perfect Tan in Tan-Tastic! and added a swirl of Marc Jacobs Beauty Air Blush Soft Glow Duo in 502 Lines & Last Night, a creamsicle/deep tangerine duo, to the apples of her cheeks and temples.

*SNEAK PEEK* For the eyes, Hung used the new Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Glam Glitter Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Glitz Alright (launching August 2018) to trace the eye shape and then buffed the color out. He then swiped a wash of the new Marc Jacobs Beauty See-Quins Glam Glitter Eyeshadow in Gleam Girl (launching Holiday 2018) over the brow bone and a little under the eyes.

On the eye crease, Hung added a bit of Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in Fantasy to create the look of wet, glistening eyes. Selena’s lashes were thickened and defined with a coat of Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara on the top lashes, with a light coat of Marc Jacobs Beauty Feather Noir Ultra-Skinny Lash Discovering Mascara on the bottom lashes.

He filled in Selena’s brows with Marc Jacobs Beauty Brow Wow Defining Longwear Eyebrow Pencil in Medium Brown 6 and brushed them up and out with Marc Jacobs Beauty Brow Tamer Grooming Gel.

For the lips, Hung first lined Selena’s lips with Marc Jacobs Beauty Poutliner Longwear Lip Liner Pencil in Cream and Sugar 314, a peachy-pink nude, and then filled in her entire lips with Marc Jacobs Beauty New Nudes Sheer Gel Lipstick in Moody Margot 106, a brownish-nude shade.

To complete Selena’s red carpet look, Hung made sure the body was glowing as well. He applied Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in Fantasy to add a warm rose-gold glow to any exposed skin.

Hung then applied a quick spritz of Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(cover) Perfecting Coconut Setting Mist on Selena’s way out the door and she was good to go!

Emily Ratajkowski with makeup by Joyce Bonelli for Marc Jacobs Beauty

Makeup Tips/Techniques: To start, Bonelli created a smooth complexion with Marc Jacobs Beauty Under(cover) Perfecting Coconut Face Primer to hydrate the skin in anticipation of foundation application. She then used Marc Jacobs Beauty Shameless Youthful-Look 24-H Foundation in Y370 and Marc Jacobs Beauty Remedy Concealer Pen in 3 Up All Night for a flawless, even and brightened complexion. She contoured the face using Marc Jacobs Beauty O!Mega Bronzer Coconut Perfect Tan in Tan-Tastic! into the hollows of Emily’s cheeks.

For the eyes, Bonelli used the new Marc Jacobs Beauty Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette in Fantascene – a palette full of sensual nudes and shimmering pops – to create a warm, feminine yet sultry eye. She traced the shade “Meet Ya,” a warm copper with a metallic finish, in the inner corners of the eyes and on the bottom lashline to set a metallic tone to the look. To crease the eye and create some dimension, Bonelli then used the shade “For More,” a reddish-brown shade with a matte finish. On the center of the lid, Bonelli used Marc Jacobs Beauty Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette in Glambition in the shade “Known For,” a rich, dark copper. To finish the look and make the eyes really defined, she used multiple layers of Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara to create thick, black lashes.

On the lips, Bonelli first outlined them with Marc Jacobs Beauty Poutliner Longwear Lip Liner Pencil in (Nude)ist 300 several times for a very defined look, followed by a mix of Marc Jacobs Beauty New Nudes Sheer Gel Lipstick in Dreamgirl 154 and Marc Jacobs Beauty Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick in Sonic Truth 244 for a warm nude lip. To create a glossy finish, Bonelli swiped Marc Jacobs Beauty Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer Lipgloss in 342 Work It, an opaque light cocoa shade, to add an ethereal element to the metallic look.

The look was set with mists of Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(cover) Perfecting Coconut Setting Mist, followed by Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in Fantasy applied all over her body for a full head-to-toe shimmer.

Janelle Monae's look by Celebrity Makeup Artist Jessica Smalls

Makeup Tips/Techniques: Celebrity Makeup Artist Jessica Smalls started with Janelle’s eyes, using Marc Jacobs Beauty Under(cover) Perfecting Coconut Eye Primer to ensure Janelle had a “bullet-proof” lid that wouldn’t crease. She then applied Marc Jacobs Beauty Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette in Scandalust, using the shades “That’s Why” in Janelle’s crease, “Little Miss” on her lid, and a dab of “At The Office” in the center of the lid to give a gold glitter pop. Jessica then layered on Marc Jacobs Beauty Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer Lipgloss in 342 Work It, an opaque light cocoa shade, over the entire lid, creating a sultry bronze, glitter-glossy eye. To add definition, Jessica used Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Blacquer 42 on Janelle’s waterline, and finished her eyes with one coat of Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara on the top lashes and two coats of Marc Jacobs Beauty Feather Noir Ultra-Skinny Lash Discovering Mascara on the bottom lashes.

After moisturizing Janelle’s skin, Jessica gave her a divine glow by massaging a nickel-sized amount of the new, limited-edition Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in Fantasy. Next, using Marc Jacobs Beauty The Seamless Liquid Foundation Brush No. 4, she blended Marc Jacobs Beauty Shameless Youthful-Look 24-H Foundation SPF 25 in Y500 from Janelle’s nose and blended it outwards. To bring out Janelle’s striking bone structure, Jessica added a touch of the new Marc Jacobs Beauty O!Mega Bronzer Coconut Perfect Tan in Tan-Tastic!, and applied Marc Jacobs Beauty Air Blush Soft Glow Duo in 508 Night Fever & Hot Stuff to the apples of her cheeks. She then dabbed a bit of the leftover Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in Fantasy on top for that divine glow.

For the final touch, Jessica filled in Janelle’s lips with Marc Jacobs Beauty Poutliner Longwear Lip Liner Pencil in Oh Cocoa 310 before applying Marc Jacobs Beauty Le Marc Lip Crème Lipstick in Amazing 204, a candy apple red shade. She finished by dusting the new Marc Jacobs Beauty Finish-Line Perfecting Coconut Setting Powder on top to create a matte lip.

For areas that needed extra coverage, Hung used Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(marc)able Full Cover Concealer in Glow 4. To add radiance to the skin, he tapped the new, limited-edition Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in Fantasy on the top of the cheekbones to catch the light. To elongate the eyes, he gradually built up the color and pulled the shadow in the outer corner of the eye.

*SNEAK PEEK* And to add intensity, Hung used the new Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Glam Glitter Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Glitterbug, a metallic brown, and All That Glitters, a gold shade, (launching August 2018) along the upper lash line and softly smudged the shades. To finish the eyes, he used a combination of Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara on the top lashes with Marc Jacobs Beauty Feather Noir Ultra-Skinny Lash Discovering Mascara on the lower lashes for punctuation.
