New Music Friday: ZHU – Feat: Yuna, Bizou, BUNT. – Feat: Hon & SMBDY, Waker, Señoj, Crystal Skies & JT Roach, Luma

ZHU’s new single, “Sky Is Crying” ft. Yuna, has amassed nearly 2.5 million combined global streams since its release in late March. Billboard said, “Zhu has always been a vessel for the dark and surreal, and… ‘Sky Is Crying’ meets an age of hope and despair with somber groove.”

Bizou features current and former members of Light FM, The Smashing Pumpkins, Wax Idols and Glaare. Their eponymous single, "Tragic Lover," has a European influence craftily molding synths, guitars and vocals together creating a sound entirely their own. 

German duo BUNT. are back with their brand-new single "Hurricane" featuring Hon & SMBDY along with the music video. The video, which was directed by Aidan Gallagher tells the story of two strangers road tripping together through New Mexico during which they create an incredible friendship and everlasting memories.

Nashville-based indie-rock sextet Waker is excited to announce their long-awaited debut album, "Fresh Out."  The album was Produced by former lead guitarist of Cage the Elephant, Lincoln Parish, and features the first single, "Many Days Ahead."

 

Atlanta-based singer-songwriter Señoj, who was recently featured on SoundCloud's artist platform Repost, has released an exciting new video and single called "Lost," which is a much-anticipated follow-up to her tracks "Selfish" and "Running."  The "Lost" video was produced by the Atlanta-based, EMMY award-winning producer/director Thang Ho, and it was directed by Annamaria Schreiber.

Crystal Skies & JT Roach reveal the official music video for their latest single "Crazy While We're Young."  Opening the music video with a photo album full of memories, the story follows a group of young friends who are carefree and living life to the fullest. Filled with picturesque moments and classic teenage tropes, "Crazy While We're Young" serves as a light-hearted reminder to live in the moment and follow your bliss.

Nashville-based singer-songwriter Luma has linked up with Australian DJ and producer Blanke on new single "Like A Nightmare."  Taken from Luma's forthcoming debut solo EP "Kill The Night," out later this month. The song is a bittersweet electronic ballad that pairs her soaring vocals with futuristic, emotionally-charged production courtesy of Blanke.
