Pantone Unveils Two 2021 Color(s) of the Year

Pantone just unveiled their 2021 Color of the Year, and in fact, it's two colors; 'Ultimate Gray,' and 'Illuminating.'

According to Pantone's announcement, Ultimate Gray and Illuminating (a bright, cheery shade of yellow) are "two independent colors that come together to create an aspirational color pairing, conjoining deeper feelings of thoughtfulness with the optimistic promise of a sunshine-filled day."

Much like Pantone's rationale for choosing their colours, Curator, a premium paint brand originating from Ireland, developed their palette to channel the feeling and story of Ireland's culture.

If you're starting off the new year with some fresh paint for your home, check out Curator's Palette of 144 colors! All developed in collaboration with 29 Irish artisans, jewelers, designers.

Curator's palette provides the same energy to one's space as Pantone's Colours of the Year.

Optimist, a bright shade of yellow and aptly named, brings the ability to uplift and inspire. Broken Slate, a leaden hue of grey, takes root from the slates of stately homes or ruins of castles across the Irish landscape.

Curator is available to purchase in the U.S. at participating vendors nationwide.

To purchase in-store, visit Curator's Store Locator and to purchase online, Curator is available through Ring's End.
