Where are we watching the fireworks? It's July 4th mid-week and plenty of friends and families are wondering where they can watch the annual Independence Day fireworks go down. We have some of the best places in and around Los Angeles:

1) Rose Bowl Stadium

The 93rd annual AmericaFest will showcase a world-renown fireworks show and entertainment to remember, including Maddie Poppe making her first live performing appearance since winning American Idol! Additionally, Michael Knight presents: The Ultimate Tribute to Michael Jackson a stunning performance.

2) Grand Park Block Party

3) Santa Monica Pier

Produced by the Ocean Park Association, celebrate home and country at the 13th annual Santa Monica 4th of July Parade. The Santa Monica Fourth of July Parade has grown every year and brings together families, musicians, civic groups and exhibitionists of all stripes. Come in your red, white and blue! The parade will begin at Pico Boulevard on Main Street and will conclude at the southernmost beach parking lot. Later, bring your family and friends to Santa Monica College for a star-spangled salute for a Independence Day Celebration. Come early, picnic on the lawn, enjoy continuous entertainment and special exhibits, and cap off the evening with a spectacular fireworks salute to America.

4) Huntington Beach

The annual parade will march down the streets of downtown Huntington Beach beginning at 10 a.m. on July 4th. The largest Independence Day parade west of the Mississippi River features entries including bands, floats, local dignitaries, equestrian groups, film and television celebrities and community groups. After the parade, entertainment on the pier will continue until 9 p.m., when the 4th of July fireworks show begins.

5) Culver City

The Exchange Club of Culver City, in conjunction with City of Culver City, the County of Los Angeles and West Los Angeles College invites everyone to the annual Fourth of July Fireworks Show on the grounds of West LA College!

8) Hollywood Bowl

Make it a Fourth to remember with a patriotic program of star-spangled music and the groundbreaking all-girl hit-makers The Go-Go’s. The 1980s megastars will fill the Bowl with a raucous set of power-pop like “We Got the Beat” and “Our Lips Are Sealed” before our famous fireworks close out the night.
