ESPN and the NBA today announced the rosters for the 2019 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, which will air exclusively on ESPN and the ESPN App, Friday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m. ET from Bojangles’ Coliseum in Charlotte, N.C..
