Brooks challenges us to replace our coffee with apples. Turns out, apples can give you more energy than a cup of coffee! You can mix up your morning routine with this combo of greens and a hint of apple sweetness. It doesn’t hurt that it’s rich in calcium, copper, iron, potassium, and vitamins B1, B2, C, E, and K.
WHAT YOU NEED:
5 to 6 leaves kale
2 large handfuls spinach
1 green apple
4 to 6 celery stalks
3 to 4 sprigs fresh mint
WHAT TO DO:
Wash all produce well. Core the apples and cut all ingredients into juice-able pieces. Juice and enjoy
